Our clients are two large multi-national organizations who are jointly working on a major transportation construction project in the GTA. It is presently looking for a lawyer with a background in construction law to act as Legal Counsel on this major project. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in construction law, relating to litigation, contract review and negotiation, licensing, labour and employment matters, insurance law, and health and safety issues. Prior in-house experience is not required but would be an asset. Excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task are essential to succeed in this role.
