In-House – Legal Counsel - Banking (2-3 yrs) INCT-202
Work in the financial institution’s legal department to provide legal support to various areas of the financial institution’s operations in conjunction with other members of the Legal Department. Main functions : (1) building internal knowledge pool on laws applicable to the financial institution’s operations, (2) keeping abreast with latest legal developments and assessing implications on the financial institution’s business, (3) acting as first point of reference for any legal support required by the business with a view to minimizing reliance on external legal support and (4) pro-actively assessing legal risks associated with different operations of the financial institution.
12 month contract.
A junior lawyer with prior banking and lending experience with the capability of working well in a team environment with superior interpersonal, organizational and research skills.
