CORPORATE COUNSEL - 12 month contract
Tim Hortons is currently searching for a dedicated Corporate Counsel to work on a large scale lease review project. The Corporate Counsel will actively review, track and advise the project team on lease provisions, the drafting of lease amendments and the preparation of related correspondence. In addition, this Corporate Counsel will manage the delivery of the project’s legal goals as well as the related legal team which may include other counsel and/or law clerks.
Top candidates have a minimum of 5 years focused leasing experience in commercial real estate law firm or in-house legal department. Candidates with demonstrated contract interpretation and drafting skills will also be considered.
