POSITION: This is an intermediate-level insurance defence in-house position involving both accident benefits and torts litigation. Main tasks will involve independent carriage of discoveries, motions, and mediations in a large and diverse portfolio.
TERM: 3-month contract, with possibility of permanent hire.
CANDIDATE: insurance advocacy background and solid practice experience in either one or both of AB and tort are required. Defence background is an asset.
