POSITION:
Top national law firm is looking to add a mid-level associate with a proven track record to join its Insolvency and Restructuring Group. Solicitor-side experience is preferred, but the firm will consider applicants with strong insolvency related litigation experience. The Group has a broad and sophisticated client base and works with major financial institutions, other creditors, debtors and receivers on major domestic and cross-border restructurings. The Group also works closely with the firm's litigation team on contentious insolvency-related proceeding.
TERM:
Permanent position.
