POSITION:
This position requires you to have experience in diverse, high-level IP work including litigation, and client advisory with regard to obtaining and licensing IP assets. Ideally, you will be familiar with patent infringement litigation and U.S. patent practice, and your science background is preferred, particularly electrical engineering, computer hardware/ software, semiconductor technology, wireless technology, or other engineering knowledge. Your U.S. Patent Bar admission is preferred. If you are a top Canadian performer with the requisite history you are encouraged to apply.
